Room was rather musty. Fridge didn't work, although staff was very friendly and quick to replace it with a working unit.
The location was covenant. The motel was in ruff shape. friendly and quiet, although very dirty. stained towels and the general condition of the room was dirty.
Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors were very difficult to open (had to use my shoulder to push it open after unlocking. No coffee maker in room, ice machine out of order (had been for some time apparently). We had to walk to a nearby gas station and purchase ice. Rooms are badly in need of upgrading and the exterior is in need of serious repair. Although, the beds were comfortable, room "clean" and no sign of bugs. Would not recommend.
Very clean room.
Check in difficult because the employee spoke no English!
No tissue in the room. Two itty bitty pieces of soap fir showers. Soap should be provided!
Refrigerator leaking water .
Overall, we slept.
This place is outdated, dirty and has bugs. Towels are stained and like a scotchbrite pad and there was no internet or cable for entire 2. 5 days we were there.
No hot water. No cable tv. Stink bugs. No fresh towels. Door had been kicked in. It had new locks but the door was still damaged. I will not be staying there next year. I forgot. No refund or discounts because I used a third party company. So I was punished for using Expedia.
killed insects in the room, the shower was hard to turn on the water. had to ask for larger towels

desk clerk spent ten minutes finding my reservation and even though he had my credit card he demanded 50 dollars cash deposit for key. Very unprofessional staff.
When we got to the property we were told that you had reserved smoking rooms for us. We told them that was not the case and they switched rooms. We went to that room and it smelled like weed. We went back and they switched us again. We were there for a soccer tournament. We got back to the rooms at 10:00 and found that The shower did not work. It was 11:30 before we were able to take a shower.
We didn’t stay. If this post would allow pictures. I would post. Burn hole in sheets. Stains on sheets. Huge stain on carpet
1 1/2 foot by 3-4 foot. Feces splattered on bathroom wall. Behind the toilet. By the toilet paper roll. Sink dirty looked like someone had brushed teeth and never rinsed out the spit. The room smelled musty. We were there 5-10 minutes at the most. It was a disappointment because our weekend getaway was dedicated to the small business owners. We ate. Shopped. And we’re going to stay the night in a locally owned hotel. Instead we ended up at a chain hotel instead. Very disappointing.

An old-fashioned motel without any hotel amenities
The condition of the motel (and it is DEFINITELY motel quality) was mediocre at best. There wasn't anything WRONG, there just weren't any frills -- just very basic necessities.
No pool, no breakfast, no coffee. the room had a refrigerator and tiny microwave. The shower took a while to get hot, but did eventually get hot. The only amenities provided was a bar of soap, and it was a very tiny one.
The king-size bed was firm, and the room had a foldout couch/bed, which we did not need. The room was in okay condition (it WAS clean) but it was obvious it had not been updated in many years. The AC DID work.
The motel is located in a tiny town off the highway, and off the main street in the town we were visiting, so it felt secure enough. But you need to get there earlier than 11 PM like we did. They are locked up tight, and it was obvious the hostess was not expecting me even though I had reservations. I had to ring her bell 3 times to get her to the door. She could not find the reservation and had to make a phone call and get another person in there to find it. Eventually my name came up on her computer and we got a room.
Oh, yeah. The ice machine is IN the office -- you need to ask the front desk person to get ice for you!
When we checked out the next morning at 9 AM, it was obvious that the front desk person was still asleep, and she did not offer me a copy of my receipt, just took my key-card.
I'd rate it as "Average" even though nothing was bad. Let's call it 5 stars at best.
