Was a little worried when we realized there was no AC but, with the cool evening Berkshire breeze from open windows and fans it was fine. Lake beach is a short walk down the quiet dead end block. We were a group of adults but, it would be a perfect spot for a family vacation!”

“The inside is perfect. The neighborhood is unkept. A week of landscapers would make first impressions better. That being said the cover of the book is worn, the real treasure is the inside. I want this new hotel to succeed. It’s has an indescribable quality that makes this a must stay. ”
