"Staff were so welcoming , attentive and friendly to the guests . The employees answered questions and offered information about the facility & surrounding area. There are some daily activities for guests and had water aerobics at the indoor pool one morning. They have an outdoor pool for use when the weather is warmer . I saw a few guests walking their dogs in the AM , as I was sitting outside drinking a cup of hot coffee and admiring the stunning view of the mountains. There is a country store down the road if you need to buy some souvenirs, food or products you left home ! "

"The hotel was wonderful, the staff, room, even the breakfast was above par. The only issue we had was the pre paid parking. It was difficult getting into the garage, as well as getting out. We needed assistance from the attendant both times. Please look into this as the 6 digit code was ineffective.if we visit again I would prefer doing my own parking and using my own card for a less annoying experience. In fact, we paid extra as Sunday they do not charge until 12am Monday and we left early"

"The staff was helpful, friendly. Nice location. The room was very clean and quiet, but so much of the place is brown. Brown carpet, brown paneled walls, brown chair, brown furniture, brown lamps. A minor detraction, but I look at hotel decor with a discerning eye and I like things to be less bland/mundane."
