"We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. "This was a lovely property, and Francesca was a wonderful hostess. Quaint little Casita, but it was all about location. Located in the village, we could walk anywhere and we really enjoyed the farmers market! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here while some work was being done on our house. The house was well apportioned with everything we needed. It's very centrally located so easy to get everywhere and the property manager was great with anything we needed."

"Really nice black bottom pool that stayed really warm, the backyard is sheltered from the wind and gets nice sun throughout the day. The game room was super fun for our kids and the property is well appointed. It didn’t have wine glasses and I sent the property manager a note asking if they were somewhere I couldn’t see and they dropped off some new ones since they weren’t there, same day. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels too"

"Adult groups gathered for commencement at SDSU. The house was as listed and shown. We had a great time and the house was spacious. Only issue was the bathroom knobs sometimes don’t engage and that could be fun getting out of the bathroom."

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay! This place has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful weekend away. We had a large group (9) and had plenty of room. Honestly, I think the pictures online don't do the rock structure/pool combo enough justice. Two slides, a hot tub, and a spot to overlook the Pacific Beach area. So cool. Ask about the pool house - such a unique space! The only drawback is that it's a bit out of the way so you might want to look into car rentals. Overall, we couldn't have asked for...
