There is one ac unit for the entire suite. They have rigged the unit in the living area to supply air to the bedroom. They used some old piece and put it on top of the new unit. The piece isn't even fully attached...so the bedroom was pretty hot. It seems like they updated some stuff and not others. Someone's dog left a gift in the hallway. The staff did get it when I told her. I had to get linens for the sofa bed because none were in the room like there supposed to be. I asked for an early check in, and was told it was based on availability, and it was booked up. When I got there and for the the weekend they it was pretty bare. The second person told me it would be $20 to check in early. I 'm glad I didnt pay any extra for this place. Definitely will not stay at a Sonesta again. This is my first impression of their hotels.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet and clean. I loved how they had a dog grassy area. Fenced in would have been amazing. The only down side was you have to drink alcoholic beverages at the bar if you purchased from the bar. It would have been nice to take a drink back to my room.
