“Room was clean pool area was nice, and parking,parking convenient. Just passing through did not make the casino.”

“Beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated with tile floors. AC worked fine. Ceiling tile was damaged by water in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Took forever to check in even though I had paid online and the breakfast was dismal.”

“This Quality Inn needs to up their quality. Check in was fine, but when we exited the elevator we were met with a very warm muggy hallway. It was hot and humid outside and it felt as though a window was open. We entered our room and the room appeared clean enough. We went to turn down the AC only to find out the heat was on. While the AC worked, the carpet was soaking wet by the morning. The handle to the sink cold water fell off multiple times, but it did work. We were thankful……

“There was dirty Kleenex in the sheets and the comforter was stained. The hot tub was broken. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room with an adjoining room unnecessarily - there was only one spot to put luggage for three people. We were supposed to be in a double queen and pullout couch room. They put us in the farthest spot from the front of the hotel and hollered at us to bring the roller cart back. “Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to.
