“Very friendly, comfortable old country inn on the edge of a large village green. We enjoyed a good pub food dinner and hearty breakfast. A friendly welcome when we arrived and our room was very clean and comfortable with a TV, tea & coffee making, and nice toiletries in the bathroom. ”

“Lovely old pub, nice friendly staff. We booked the large double which was extremely comfortable, great pillows. The only let down was the cold, it was freezing. Heating wasn't working. This wouldn't put me off staying again, as it's a really nice place”

“The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back ”

“The room was small, but comfortable and clean, the bathroom was perfectly adequate. The staff were inobtrusive and very accommodating and the location was peaceful. Parking wasn't a problem and I would love to stay here again.”

“A lovely pub/reataurant with rooms. We stayed in ‘The Apartment’ that sleeps up to six people, with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Four of us stayed comfortably and we will definitely stay here again. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food was lovely, and service second to none. It’s a great location, literally on the beach and has parking. Really friemdly, attentive staff who couldn’t do enough to help. They have live music events and the vibe in the bar area is good. “The Tiger Inn is a really lovely pub with rooms, in a beautiful area of East Sussex. There's no reception and we had to wait in a fairly long queue at the bar in order to check in, but once we had we found all of the staff really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We were located right above the 'beer garden' (actually the village green) and it was busy and a bit noisy until the evening.
