“Clean, quiet, comfortable. It seemed like a studio apartment with things such as a small dining table, kitchen area (fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets), closet and chest of drawers. I was initially a little nervous about having the room door on the exterior, but it seemed like a safe place, and the parking area was well lit.”

“Check in was good. I asked for 2 queen beds and nonsmoking. I was told king bed but then was the said we have double beds. We took the 2 double beds. This was a room without the ashtray, but definitely a smoking room. The room absolutely smelled of smoke but linens did not. We put the AC on 61 degrees and heavily disinfected the entire room. The light switch was broke, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the sink cabinetry looked stained and dirty, the toilet and tub were……
