The tide pools are just five blocks south of the home and Regatta Park, which offers water access to Devils Lake, is only a mile away. A variety of sand toys are provided for the beach.

The immaculate full kitchen is sure to inspire culinary masterpieces with a suite of stainless steel appliances and a beautiful, embossed tin backsplash. Board games, DVDs, and a smart TV set the stage for casual home entertainment in the living room. An electric fireplace adds a touch of cozy ambiance. Nice little getaway!

We were very impressed with this small but quaint place! Upon arrival we were never left wondering if we were in the wrong place and it was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our getaway. The beach/ocean was so close and got to see the sunsets from our place! If we're going to criticize anything, the guests using the upstairs place were very noisy with all the creaking of steps...we couldn't sleep well but after they checked out, it was so quiet!

Overnight Beach Stay

Overall a comfortable stay while we stopped in overnight. Nice neighborhood that is very close to the beach. There is another rental upstairs, but it was unoccupied when we were there so I can't really say if having someone upstairs was annoying or not.

Although the property was clean. There’s a very unsafe issue with the transition from the kitchen linoleum to the hallway carpet. My 84-year-old father tripped and fell and may or may not have put a hole in the drywall from the trip. Not sure if it was there already as none of us had entered before him to notice if it was already there. He hit his head and the rest of us have all stumbled at the same place, but have caught ourselves before going down. Needs to be brought up to code asap. This is a very unsafe area!

It is a quaint little basement beach house, and probably good for people with a dog who want to be on the ground floor. The stacking washer and dryer was a nice touch.

The whole place beds , floors smell of dogs. All of our clothes smell of dogs. Called for help. None given. Received a call the next to offer help.The toilet in main living area does not flush. The toilet tank does not fill up again.
