"It's a budget motel, which is why I booked it. My origninal purpose for the trip changed and it was too late to cancel the reservation, so I to go spend the night and head up the road to Muenster to eat in the German restaurant. The room was clean and neat. The air conditioning unit seemed to be ready for a filter change but other than that, I was pleased. It was a nice relaxing weekend diversion."

"The hotel management was very nice and took great care of us while staying there. The room was a little dated, but very clean and had everything we needed. The one thing I didn’t like was that it was right by the interstate and it was loud. That said, we didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Also, there was no elevator to the second floor so we had to use the stairs. No biggie. Overall, great stay. "

"The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again"
