The elevator only goes up to the third floor and we were on the fourth floor. We asked to placed on a lower floor which they didn’t allow. The air conditioning did not work, the shower head did not work properly and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. To top it all off, there were BUGS ON OUR BED! When we brought this to the reception staff, she had the audacity to ask us if there were “a lot” or only “a little”. She then told us they were mosquitoes and we said that they didn’t have wings. No manager was called and no one apologized to us regarding this situation. I am appalled and do not recommend this hotel at all. Please do your research before coming here. This is not a four star hotel by any means.
