The pod hotels are actually very cool . I reserved a room with king bed , window and private bathroom so for me it was not really like a pod hotel. The staff is well trained and check in and check out was fast and easy . I stayed a week so had plenty of time to assess the hotel.

The room we were in was not what was advertised or sold to us. Met with the manager who blamed Expedia. The receptionist that checked us in advised that they sell 2-bedroom suites but in fact only have connecting rooms. If we knew this, we wouldn't have stayed there. No compensation was offered for ...
