The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Gather and bag all trash, leftover food containers, and throw away items into trash bags and place in the green trash can outside. Place any cardboard boxes in yellow trash can.

Put all wet towels in the shower floor before leaving.

Make sure the roof top door is closed tightly. Load and start the dishwasher. Turn off all the lights and lock the doors upon checkout.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Get time..it was very cold in town so the downstairs suite needed extra heat and the space heaters worked great..only wish was unit came with garage door openers ...
