booked a single room, came with a sea view. The bathroom was pretty tired with an overbath shower. With a mobility issue was reluctant to risk slipping with no mat available. Parking nearby was problematic.

Pay for what you get. Receptionist seemed to take a long time to check us in. Decor is tired and needs some paint. Room was ok. Clean n tidy and secure. Bathroom shabby. Toilet flush didn’t work well, shower cubicle small with curtain sticking to you rather than stopping water escaping all over the floor. Tap had been left running on arrival. Didn’t visit bar or restaurant. Suspect there are better more modern options available at maybe not much more expense.

We had a fantastic, large room with a double aspect wundows. Fabulous view in room 111 overlooking the sea. Really clean and good room facilities. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and very accomadating staff who were only to happy to cook vegetarian aswell. We enjoyed the walk along the prom to the peir etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the room we stayed in.

This hotel is NOT disabled-friendly at all. Access into the hotel is a nightmare for wheelchairs with too many sharp corners which make self-propulation difficult and help is needed to navigate them. Although previously requested, an accessible room was not provided making access to the bathroom difficult and reception were obviosuly not bothered that they failed to accommodate the request for an accessible room. There is only one disabled parking space which made it difficult for disabled people and carers to find suitable access to the building. If you are mobility-impaired, DO NOT USE this hotel.

This hotel is the worst I have stayed in my entire life! The Hotel is outdated. We had mould in the bathtub, bath side panel and in the shower head holder. Walking in the hotel is like walking on the sand as the floor is uneven and you hear cracking noises when you walk. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
