Beautiful house with private pool and sea views, situated in a quiet residential area only 4km from the beautiful and quiet beach of Canyelles, 6km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 8km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! There is an outdoor area of 600m2 with private garden and pool (8x4m), a terrace with beautiful sea views where you will be able to enjoy an al fresco breakfast as well as a built in barbecue area and parking. The indoor space (100m2) consists of a living room with satellite TV and Hi-Fi system, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 2 double bedrooms (135x200cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Free WIFI. Optionial heating: 50 €/week. Youth groups not accepted.Esta propiedad sólo es para familias. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava coast, and is distinguished for its clear and crystalline water. You can rent parasols and sun loungers as well as pedal boats and go parasailing, water skiing and canoeing.You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paella in one of the beachside restaurants. Tossa del Mar is a charming fortified Medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.

Villa Crisantemo mit herrlichen Meerblick

Die Villa hatte einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf Meer und einen schönen Pool mit Liegen zum entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, und sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Familie und unserem Hund hat der Urlaub in der Villa Crisantemo sehr gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus

Top ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauber. Im Gartenbereich und dem Haus stehen neben dem Pool mehrere Terrassen und Balkone zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt fast ganz oben auf einem Berg, man kann von dort bis zum Meer sehen. Zum Einkaufen oder in die Stadt benötigt man zwingend ein Auto, auch um zum Strand zu kommen. Wir waren Anfang Mai dort, zu dieser Zeit waren nur wenige Häuser in der Gegend vermietet, dementsprechend war es auch schön ruhig. Wir würden das Haus zur Nebensaison wieder mieten.
