Not a single issue with the place!! My first experience booking a trip like this and it was super easy. Everyone thought the place was beautiful! I’m definitely booking again :)"

"Our 6 member family was needing a place to stay in Verona to visit family for the weekend and host a couple of guests. We found this listing and decided to give it a shot instead of going the hotel route. We were glad we did. Unit was just as advertised, clean and ready for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and even left us some welcome snacks for our late arrival. They also have a nice coffee maker and espresso machine and provided the means to make both! "My husband and I stayed at this property all of August 2023, and it was perfect for us. It's only half a mile from the state capitol, and you can see if from the porch - a beautiful view, especially at night. Chris took care of all our needs, and we were comfortable and had all we needed. Highly recommended if you like to be right in the middle of all the action - the lake, great bars, downtown square, grocery store, and just a quick bike ride to the university campus. Would book this property...

"We came up for a college visit for the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Unfortunately we weren’t aware it was the first home football game of the season and all the hotels in the area were either booked or outrageously priced for the night. Stumbled upon The Little Village and it fit the bill perfectly. 35 minutes from Campus and in such a cute little town! Room was nice and clean. Simple amenities but just what you need for a quick night."

"We booked with the Little Village for a weekend getaway and when we arrived, we were surprised at the small size of the room and especially the size of the extremely small bathroom. The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the towels were plush. The small bar of soap did not serve well for two showers. Two bars were needed. It would have been nice to have access to an ice machine with ice bucket as well as a listing of local restaurants."

I would recommend cutting the grass and storing your wood in a sheltered area. The wood was too wet to use-we had to purchase some & the grass was long with prickly vines on the stairs.
