staff air conditioning is great parking is very easy , location is really convenient, only thing disgusted me there was dirty towels and saw hairs on our blanket :/ , the bed was really uncomfortable. for a short stay.

The Pasadena was a very good basic accommodation. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The pillows were good. The staff were very friendly. The advertised breakfast was really just coffee -- but there is a whole foods across and down the street where a bagel, cream cheese and more was available.

This is an older property undergoing a lot of remodeling. The pool was removed and just a dirt pile, and the rooms are obviously in need of some upkeep. There was no hair dryer in our room, which I haven't seen in a hotel in some time. That said, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and orderly and had everything else we needed, and the location is what you want if you plan to visit old town. Everything was within walking distance, and the management is actively working to improve the property.

great location! room was pretty clean but the sheets had a couple of stains. good cable TV. bathroom needs work though.... toilet was running - My husband had to open up the tank and make it stop each time we flushed. he finally fixed the handle. we will stay here again because the price was good. we will just ask for a different room - maybe we had a dud. Thank you!

Great location close to the DelMar train station and 10-minute walk to Trader Joe’s, CVS and restaurants. Fridge & microwave in room were convenient. Lots of outlets to charge devices. Room was clean & modern. My only suggestion is that they keep an extra blanket or two in the closet.

In defense of the property there was a major renovation demolition project going on when I stayed there which caused a huge mess everywhere and shut down many parking spots and dirt and debris was everywhere. Jackhammer work started at 8:00 AM. Comfortable room with a great bed and good shower pressure and plenty hot water. Wanted to walk to the convention center but was too far for me. Overall it was a good stay but would rather be in walking distance to the Convention center.
