The windows didn’t have screens. It didn’t feel clean. There were loud noisesblike machinery above me.
Thanks for the good service, the amenities, and the toiletries.
They gave my room to someone else and i was left without a room late at night and they couldn't tell me why they did that when i had my confirmation number from the booking i did with Hotels.com. Very upsetting when you have traveled from far thinking you are going to rest and you are left figuring out were you will be sleeping since a lot of places were booked already.
