"Place was nice,clean and I felt safe "

"My stay was wonderful and the beauty of the hotel was incredible. The only couple things that irritated me a little was how on the pictures of the hotel, there was a bathtub in the bathrooms, we did not have one. As well as no one told us the pool was first come first serve so when we expected to get to relax and cool off a little, we were not able to. There were also 4 empty chairs and no one in the pool and there were only 2 of us and the security guard still refused to let us in. Over all the building is clean and staff are friendly and I would definitely stay here again, now that I know the different rules of the building. I encourage everyone who stays here to explore the hotel the first day and ask questions to the staff so you know when things are open and closed and what’s first come first serve and what’s not. "

"Very modern and close to 6th st. Front desk and all staff were very accommodating especially the house keeper Yaikelys making sure our room was always thoroughly cleaned and had everything we needed. "

"The front desk and valet staff were always friendly, courteous and engaging. My 21st floor room had an excellent view of the city and I loved its layout and floor to ceiling glass windows. The location was super convenient and I felt safe as a solo traveler."
