“The unit met our expectations. It was a bit small but it was clean. Bathroom could use updating”

“I have owned VRBO's and know that things can happen...but this stay was well beyond anything reasonable. I also grew up in this town and am well aware of mold, weather elements and yet there seemed to be total disregard for general rental worthiness! No internet for 2 days, although the manager insisted it was working. Finally a friend/associate came to resolve the evening of the 2nd night. Suggested to manager that she needed a dresser or, at minimum, luggage racks in the bedrooms...she……

“I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others.”

“What fun it's been to visit here, and what wonderful accommodations! So peaceful and quiet, and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. Had a great time hiking, kayaking, and visiting art galleries. A friend told me to visit the Sanibel Library, and I'm glad I did. Lots of interesting art on the walls, plus plenty of seashell collections. It is the coolest library I've ever seen! I enjoyed many restaurants here, and these were my favorites: Over Easy Cafe, Mudbugs, Gramma Dots and Blue……

“Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. ”

“Owner was very friendly and kept in communication. The parking numbers were a little confusing because they were not in order but found it. The place is a quaint little place and fit our needs. ”

“Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns. The listing also advertised kayaks and multiple……
