“Everything was really amazing! The host was great and the property was clean and near everything! Really enjoyed the host!”

“The property is advertised as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. While that’s true, what wasn’t mentioned is that the bathroom is located inside one of the bedroom. So if the person in the other room needs the bathroom after bedtime, they have to come into someone else’s bedroom in the middle of the night. Not OK ”

“Clean room, air conditioner good and have a driveway space parking. I’m recommending this place it’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. If I needed again I would go there ”

“The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay.”

“What a jewel this place by the beach. Walking distance to the little town where you can eat, walk, and shop. Place has all you need to decompress. It's feet away from the beach, very quiet, relaxing.”

“Small one room with a utility closet with small refrig & microwave. Entry via outside door. .Small rear yard with fence needing repair backing up to a somewhat busy street. Central air but control panel in main unit unavailable to renter. Trouble with smoke detector going off intermittently 1st of 2 nites Owner responded but we surprised her sister in the room next day attempting to fix. Bigger surprise was the wall of the utility closet that slid open to give her access to the rental unit.……

“The biggest issue for me was the AC. The bedroom stayed somewhat cool, but the living room was unbearably hot and there were no AC controls available. I even messaged the host because I genuinely thought something was wrong, but unfortunately there was no real solution and I just had to deal with it.The host was kind and responsive, but the overall setup was confusing at check in and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night. The unit also had some cleanliness issues including dishes that……

“Our Hostess Tracey was amazing. We were welcomed with snacks and champagne, even some hard lemonades in the fridge. It was clean and the AC was cold. Just what we needed. A great place for the proximity to the concert venue. We had a hard time with the code and she answered right away!”
