Room a little basic with few amenities - no facilities for tea/coffee. Bit cramped for two but room clean and beds comfy. Location very good for visiting the hospital, which was the purpose for our stay. Breakfast nice with enough choice. Little hot food but can make your own eggs.

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our belongings inside) as reception appeared to have no record of the late checkout booking.

Horrible smell in room from drains

Worn out rooms an there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drains that made de whole room smell. Staff was unbothered and not welcoming.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Comparé à d'autres chaines d'hôtel aux noms prestigieux, cet hôtel rempli parfaitement son rôle pour un déplacement professionnel ou même une étape touristique pour un budget raisonnable. Le personnel à l'accueil est attentif à vos demandes et respecte les engagements pris au moment de la réservation en amont. Le petit déjeuner est largement suffisant et le personnel à votre écoute. Attention tout de même aux places de parking en nombre très restreint pour la capacité d'hébergement de l'hôtel. Le wifi fonctionne correctement. La salle de bains gagnerait à être un peu plus grande, surtout la douche peu adaptée aux personnes de forte corpulence.

Information contradictoire données par mail et sur place, l’un me dit qu’il n’y a pas de réservation de parking mais que c’est le jour même que l’on doit demander une place, l’autre qu’il faut réserver la veille, du coup je n’ai pas eu accès au parking. Fenêtre mal isolées donc bruyant car en plein centre ville. Si on ok.

Le gros problème est le parking, il n'y a aucune indication pour se rendre vers les emplacements réservés à l'hôtel également pas de signalisation indiquant la direction de la sortie. De plus la porte basculante de sortie était bloquée.

Très mauvaise Literie. Douchette avec faible débit et difficile pour lavage des cheveux. Petit déjeuner sans reassort 45 minutes avant la fin de service : plus de pain, plus de brioche et pain de mie. Pas de plat chaud , pas de yaourt ni fruits frais. En bref impression de séjourner dans un " budget " alors que c'est noté "style". Pas au niveau.
