We had a great stay - room was modern and very spacious for our family of four. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed trying the calligraphy too. Very central and convenient to be close to the station for day trip to shirakawago.

Rooms are well equipped with charging ports by the bedside and kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Shower area is pretty tight but the toilet is kept separate which is good if you have someone showering and another person needing to use the toilet.

Loved the giant room for my family. Our only negative with the place is there is a flight of stairs to get to the lobby which wasn’t disclosed. So if you have elderly family members that don’t well with stairs be aware.
