"This place was fantastic! They really know how to run a hotel. Not one need was unaccounted for, from the little touches in the room to the exceptional breakfast buffet. My American family has been traveling across Europe for several weeks now and Daniela tops our hotel experience. Most of the hotels nickel and dime you for every little thing, but this hotel provided exactly what you needed without viewing it as a method to add to your bill. It felt like they really wanted you to be happy and comfortable. We needed that after so many days on the rails. I recommend highly. "

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."

"Our room was delightful. We stayed in room 7 and had a small balcony with a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. The attached bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was included and our hostess Valentina was just delightful. We did not evening dine at the restaurant downstairs, but we did have a carryout pizza from Marlo‘s, which is just up the street and was around 22 CHF for a decent size pizza. My son and I sat on the balcony and had pizza enjoyed the tremendous view. I could not imagine any restaurant in town would have a better vantage point than what we experienced. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to anywhere. The train station was about a six minute walk. "
