We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated.
Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room was clean. It did not have a microwave which we always need staying more than one night. And the shower looked to be a Handicap one which we didn’t need, I prefer tubs but this is the one that they gave us. It was a very nice shower though with a seat.
