Modern bungalow with heated pool, 50m from the sea - whirlpool -

The Casa Blanca II offers the same modern and tasteful furnishings and infrastructure as well as personal care as your popular big sister Casa Blanca I.
It is designed with 2 bedrooms (new box spring beds) and an associated bathroom for 2-4 people.

In every bedroom as well as in the living area you will find flat-screen TVs and low-noise air conditioning systems, which enable a pleasant climate in summer and winter.
Other technical features include high-speed WLAN, printer with scan function, tablet PC and Sonos speakers

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment u. a. a fully automatic coffee machine.

The large, palm-fringed garden with sun loungers and large pool (heated in winter) offers a very good change from the beautiful bay of Cala Pi and the natural beach Es trenc (15 min. ) Drive.
An outdoor whirlpool under palm trees brings you additional relaxation.

The large terrace with Weber gas grill is ideal for cozy evenings in the garden.


The house is located in a mixed settlement with mostly single-family houses, which are inhabited by both tourists and locals. A communicative meeting of all children present on site takes place on the adjacent sports field. In the town center is a small shop for everyday needs. There are also some restaurants and a bar. In the center there is also access to the picturesque bay of Cala Pi. There you will find a beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear water with its own bathing area. The bay is also often used as a berth by yachts.

As you are used to from Casa Blanca I, you can expect personal German support, which is available to you in all matters at any time!

Enjoy your stay in a nice, relaxed atmosphere at the house or in the small village center of Cala Pi between Germans and locals

Immaculate villa
Villa was even nicer than the pictures show. Its that clean and well appointed you would think its brand new. Hot tub was lovely and warm. Swimming pool was also very warm. Beds extremely comfortable. Couldn't fault the villa. Takes approx 30 mins to get there from the airport. Car hire esential. Need to stock up on food at major supermarkets approx 15 min drive away. The beach in Cala Pi is accessed via steep steps. Nice peaceful holiday thanks.

Fantastic facilities in a great house
A very well appointed house with all requirements for a great holiday base. Christian has decorated and furnished the house to a very high standard, we loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor area which were superb! Cala Pi itself is a small place with limited facilities but with a car, nothing was more than a 15 min drive away and it was a great location to explore most of Majorca.

Das Haus war für meine Tochter und mich perfekt auch wenn der Start etwas holprig war. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht bezogen und wir hatten kein Wasser, da die Pumpe defekt war. Die Reinigung wurde nach einem Anruf von einer sehr bemühten Dame dann sofort erledigt. Das Wasser funktionierte erst am nächsten späten Vormittag. Trotzdem würde ich das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, da die Aufteilung der Räume perfekt für uns war und die Ausstattung gut ist

Tolle Urlaubswoche
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool, die Terrasse und die Boxspringbetten sehr genossen. Auch die Umgebung war sehr angenehm und die Nähe zur Küste/zur Bucht von Cala Pi war toll.

Great Vacation
We had a great time here! The kids loved the hottub and heated pool! The outside area was great and all we needed! The town is rather small but extremely beautiful beach and sunset viewpoint! Would love to come back again!

Presque parfait
Idéale pour avoir la tranquillité, quartier résidentiel très sympa (avec de très belles maisons), excentré mais exactement ce qu'on voulait, au final on est qu' à une 30e de minutes de l'aéroport. la maison est TOP, propre, la literie extra, le jardin est génial, bien qu'on est était toujours dehors pour visiter, se baigner en rentrant ou aller au jacuzzi en fin de journée c'était vraiment de belles vacances, Le propriétaire du bien est réactif, petit soucis avec le jacuzzi où l'eau avait tourné avec les fortes chaleurs, on l'a signalé et un technicien est venu dans la semaine pour faire un nettoyage et un changement d'eau, les recommandations sur les environs nous ont étaient utiles, notamment le resto chez MIGUEL effectivement on s'est régalé Possible qu'on revienne car l'île est grande et qu'on n'a pas pu tous visiter, ENCORE MERCI

Schöner Bungalow mit toller Ausstattung
Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. 100% Privatsphäre durch abgeschlossenen Hof mit elektrischem Tor und vollständig Sichtschutz-umzäunten Garten. Ein Mietwagen kann bequem und diebstahlgeschützt im Hof geparkt werden, wodurch die Parkplatzsuche entfällt. Man braucht nur wenig Kleidung in den Urlaub mitzunehmen, denn von Waschmaschine, Trockner und Wäschespinne bis hin zu Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ist alles vorhanden. Im Gartenhaus wird für Sportbegeisterte und Sonnenhungrige viel vorgehalten: 2 Fahrräder, Poolnudeln, Luftmatratze, Sonnenschirme und vieles mehr. Ein Weber-Gasgrill steht im Garten für BBQs zur Verfügung und die Terrasse mit Markise lädt zum Abendessen im Freien ein. Die Küche hat eine umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern, die sogar für mehr als 4 Personen ausreicht. Bei Ankunft freut man sich als Mieter über frisch bezogene Betten (die zudem sehr bequem sind) und duftige Handtücher inkl. Strandtüchern. Der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter und zum Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert.

Das Objekt ist in seiner Größe und Lage perfekt….. aber es könnten manche Dinge wieder erneuert werden: Außenwandlampen,Abschlußfliesen im Außenbereich,Außenfarbe sollte erneuert werden - manche Schranktüren wirken etwas windschief…. Dringend sollte die Elektroanlage überprüft werden (FI-Schutzsicherungen erfüllen nicht mehr ihren Zweck - wir hatten in der Zeit von 23.-26.09.22 diverse Ausfälle und zum Schluß kein Licht mehr im Schlafzimmer.,Bad,Küche und Wohnzimmer auch fiel häufig die Wasserpumpe aus. Gut gemeinte Kretik und Grüße

Eine Woche relaxen ...
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten eine erholsame Woche in Cala Pi. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Zum Glück haben die Klimaanlagen einwandfrei funktioniert, so dass die Schlafzimmer immer angenehm "gekühlt" waren. Cala Pi selbst ist klein, beschaulich und liegt etwas "außerhalb", weshalb ein Mietauto unbedingt zu empfehlen ist.
