“We entered an older neighborhood and climbed to the second floor to enter the rental unit. It was completely updated and thoroughly clean. Extra personal touches, such as the lit fireplace greeted us. Lake Michigan sounds and surf are the view from every window. It's a gem we'd love to return to.”

“Beautiful unit. Stumbled upon this place when all our usual accommodations were booked. So glad we decided to stay here. It is beautifully renovated and very clean. The bed was comfy and we also utilized the pullout, which my adult children said was comfy. It's pretty hit or miss on pullouts (mostly miss), which is why i usually avoid those listings but i really needed a place. Bonus that it was a 10 minute walk to Neshota Park where we were having our family reunion. Definately would recommend.”

“The home was clean and has plenty of room to sleep a lot of people. It is only about 2 blocks from the beach and some shops. They thought of everything including floss and a makeup remover in each bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed.”

“We love staying at this resort. This is our second vacation here and we are already planning for next year. One recommendation we have for the whole complex is to install a foot washing station near the beach side of the courtyard...or just a hose. We spent a lot of time at the beach and felt horrible dragging all that sand into the unit.”

“During our stay, the area received a dump of snow along with high winds. Snow removal was taken care of quickly and professionally! The rental itself was clean and cozy; perfect for waiting out the storm. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. He answered all my questions and reached out during the storm to make sure our travels and stay were safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We love staying at these villas. The location can’t be beat and the views of Lake Michigan are stunning. The unit itself needs a deep cleaning and should have more utensils/cooking supplies, even for a rental. There was construction on the outside of the unit when we arrived which we were not told about, but it didn’t impact our stay too much. We did have a maintenance issue that was resolved by the management company right away, which was great.”
