“Our room smelled horrible, seems as if the air conditioner filters hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long, so we had to keep the window open the entire time, when talking with front desk about getting another room, they couldn't provide one with the same amenities, and when I asked if we would get our money back if we chose to leave (had been there for less than an hour mind you) I was told we wouldn't because we booked on a third party site (expedia), so being on a budget we had to stay……

“Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The staff was fantastic and super responsive. When our smoke detector started beeping—disturbing our sleep—the staff immediately stepped in to change the batteries and contact maintenance. Even though maintenance couldn't come right away, the staff successfully stopped the beeping so we could rest comfortably for the remainder of our stay. ​We also loved the pool—it was huge and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! ​The only minor issue was that the shower……
