“This is a regular stay for my family, annually. A/C was hit or miss throughout the bldg, pool was not usable but no signage, there were kids swimming in it (green and cloudy), not anyone in my family. When we arrived on Friday there were no water bottles for purchase, when we left on Monday there was still no water. Public restroom outside of breakfast lounge was out of order. You had to request, the day before, if you wanted any type of cleaning service (not even an empty garbage can unless……

“Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The staff was fantastic and super responsive. When our smoke detector started beeping—disturbing our sleep—the staff immediately stepped in to change the batteries and contact maintenance. Even though maintenance couldn't come right away, the staff successfully stopped the beeping so we could rest comfortably for the remainder of our stay. ​We also loved the pool—it was huge and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! ​The only minor issue was that the shower……
