"This motel was a pleasant surprise, being clean, comfortable and less than $100 a night. Soap and shampoo dispensers are in the bathroom, thick towel sets and comfy bedding.The front desk staff were both professional and friendly. Breakfast is free, but we didn't check it out. Definitely would stay again if passing through the area. "

"Stayed here while attending a bike rally nearby. It's a nice private place to stay and they do keep it decently clean. The place itself is in need of upgrades and the finishes are cheap and have wear and tear. Overall it was a good place to stay and we were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy. Has a functioning kitchenette but no pots, pans, ect. There was coffee but only a water boiler the make it with so we had to basically throw the filter into the boiler. For the price I would stay there...

"Our first impression was disappointment. No Pics of the outside I assumed it was a house. Old Motel. Neighborhood had run down houses nearby. BUT during the weekend found out that it was actually a safe area according to locals. The Motel interior was remodeled and very clean. Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed Quiet area Cons: No place to hang clothes No coffee for the coffeemaker (owner provided next day though. No bag to bring home dirty clothes."

"The owners communicated well and were very nice. The room was clean with plenty of space however amenities were limited. No hair dryer, no kleenex, the heater/ac was noisy and the room needed a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Hot water was only lukewarm and it took forever to warm up. The fridge and microwave and coffee maker was much appreciated."

"The check in clerk was very rude no manners. Didn't know how to treat a guest. Argued about a 10.00 charge or wouldn't give me the room key or go somewhere else. The bathroom was in poor condition. Eoom was ok bed was a little noisybut tolerable. "

"There was a person driving around the room with an ATV after dark. PIT BULL DOG IN FRONT WHEN WE WERE READY TO LEAVE. We gave at least 4 hours notice of our arrival but the manager was 30 minutes late for our check in. Need shelf in bath room and a table near the closet to set luggage. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean & nicely decorated. The hosts provided extras like snacks and a variety of coffees, hot chocolate, etc. We were close to the lake and enjoyed walking along a lakeside path.
