"The lake view was beautiful; we loved cooking in the kitchen and looking out at the lake. I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained. I avoided using the provided pots and pans, but everything else was amazing. "

"This was the coziest spot to get away and relax. My wife and I absolutely loved the cabin. It had direct access to the river. The kitchen was well stocked and accomodating for us and our 2 year old. Very clean."

"They may say perfection doesn't exist, but I would argue that this rental comes pretty close! William and Lauren are lovely hosts who made check-in and check out a breeze. They shared with me that they are fellow travelers who have rented places many times themselves and have included little touches that they found particularly helpful as guests to their own place. This care shows in every part of the experience of staying here. This condo is clean, quiet, peaceful and safe. There are no weird smells and parking is plentiful. All of the furniture is very comfortable, but to be honest, we spent 90% of the time we were there out on the balcony enjoying the lake view. It was a real treat to come home from a long day of adventures and relax with a beverage to watch the sun set and the moon rise over Lake Hamilton. Our last night there in particular had a sunset to take your breath way.In addition to being lake side, this property is in close proximity to the popular attractions of the area such as Hot Springs National Park and the spectacular Garvin Woodland Gardens.We've always been beach and mountain people, but this place sure made us see the appeal of lake life. We we so sad to leave it when our checkout day came.Literally the only thing I would say was missing was a hair dryer in the bathroom for the two smaller bedrooms. Perhaps I missed it? Everything else was perfect."

"Second time staying here and works perfect for us! Love the view, the access to get around and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has the necessities but we usually go out for coffee and eating in the area. There are some stairs, but nothing too challenging. The lake is always very quiet and lovely during sunset."
