Perfectly named hotel. It's just mid. Not great, not horrible. Room was spacious and accommodating. Not a lot of amenities. And the bed had a wet spot that went unexplained and unaddressed. Comfortable stay.

I stayed in a suite, the room is huge. The best part was the hot tub with jets! I usually don't take a bath in hotels but this one looks really clean, is huge, and has jets. The location is quite far from the attractions but Uber is cheap. I also walked once to the the center, it took about 45 minutes.

Difficult when reception speaks no English... My request for possible king vs. 2 doubles wasn't possible. Not sure why king beds need to cost so much more at certain hotels. Pity. Nice room and big tv.

This hotel has no dining options and offers no breakfast. The rooms are plain, but with decent beds. The area is quite far from the center, so a car is necessary if you want to avoid taxis. There is a small pool and parking. Staff was not attentive or helpful. The receptionist was wearing headphones most of the time and seemed bothered when spoken to. Loud music and laughter at the pool until 11 pm on all nights of our stay. With so many other options in Merida, I would not return here.

First room was musty... I changed and it's fine. The staff assisted to make sure I was happy. Room has Netflix capacity too. G9od free parking. Elevator is working. But when I asked to upgrade to king the cost was about half if what I paid for the room... That room will sit empty but they couldn't upgrade dispite my offer to pay a bit more. Otherwise it's fine.
