This place is walking distance to the main avenue, lots of parking but be ready for a quick sharp entrance. The pool and garden area is great. My room was a family suite and was perfect. The distance to the historic center is a bit long for a walk. I enjoyed my stay, a few places near by for food hit the spot.

The staff came in daily to clean and change towels. The room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear any other guests. The outdoor area was really nice, containing a pool and yard to relax and walk. The best part of all however were the two peacocks in the yard. They leave out food and water for them so they’re used to humans walking near and taking pictures.

The place and the people are excellent. The garden is beautiful, and there's parking available. The shampoo and body wash come in large bottles and are not in small disposable containers, which is a plus especially since you're in Mérida, where the heat is intense and you might need to shower up to three times a day. In my opinion, there's a lot of noise because events are held downstairs, and the rooms don't have proper soundproofing.

The dolor wasnt working properly. The bathroom had a bad odor. I had been in this hotel 10 times. The location and service is great, the Best but the owner of the hotel has to put more effort on utilities and cleanleness. The bathroom at the pool full of cockroachs.

The hotel was very nice. We were put on the first floor when we checked in and spent the first night there. But the AC was not working, and the room had a very musty/moldy smell. So, the next day we were moved to the fourth floor and had a balcony, a huge tub and kitchen area. It was much nicer and larger. We appreciated the upgrade. My only other complaint was the face that we were only given 2 towels and 2 waters per day. (2 towels total for 2 people) We asked for more and they would not give them to us. We ate the restaurant several times and the food/prices were good. But they were slow with service if you did not do the buffet and the buffet did not open at the times specified. Sometimes it was almost an hour later. Otherwise, the location was great, the courtyard was beautiful and the staff very friendly. Nice hotel for the value!

Big bedroom, clean, most of the people are very nice, I like the breakfast buffet, good selection. I do not like that we didn’t have a key for the bedroom so every time we go out when we back we need someone to come and open the bedroom door. Very strange. I asked reception for an extra towels as we had only two and we were three and the receptionist was vocal and said they only provide one for each person. He gave me one more towel. I felt that every time I asked for something the answer was negative o perhaps the guy has an attitude. Everything else and everyone else was nice.
