Mold present on the ceiling and pilling of pain behind the couch. I don’t know if that’s a safe environment. Complementary breakfast was literally 2 toast with marmolada and little cubs of fruits and coffee or juice not so great. Place was cute but not the greatest. We didn’t get the room with pool like in the picture. Staff very nice and friendly.

Small hotel complex with nice grounds. Having our own suite and private plunge pool was very nice. The fans and a/c kept the rooms nice and cool in the heat.

Beautiful cozy Hotel, rooms were clean and spacious , breakfast was very good as well My only complaint would be that the bar was mostly closed or unattended, also when trying to book a taxi from the hotel the price given was even higher than the airport prices, The area right outside the hotel could be cleaned up and updated But overall it’s a beautiful property

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I really liked their coffee. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel, we will be back soon!!!

We had a fantastic room with a private little yard and pool that we loved - the breakfast was great and the staff was so nice . We also got massages which were perfect . The hotel pool and grounds were also really nice !

Paid for the room with the individual dipping pool. It was dirty, full of leaves and mosquitoes. Not worth the extra money. Breakfast was ok, same thing fir 2 consecutive days, the swimming pool was nice and clean. Wouldn't suggest the upgrade with the individual pool.

A very pleasant stay. Staff were very welcoming and amenable. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the shower and trying to figure out how to get enough hot water to finish a shower.

The wifi in our room was a bit spotty but we were able to use one from another room with no problems. The staff is amazing wifi is really not going to keep me from staying there again. Breakfast was good as well. Beds are comfy.

Amazing experience in Merida

The moment I enter It felt relaxing our private suit was wonderingful , quite, cool with good A.C. The tranquility of hotel and pool was a great experience would highly recommend.

Great staff. Enormous amount of mosquitoes, wish there was something done about that or atleast offer or sell repellant. Breakfast included is also a plus & location also. I would come back but with a lot of mosquito repellent 😅
