Excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was nice, the location great, but this hotel is given a three star review because of its breakfast ambience. It was soo loud, we could not even hear each other across the table (and we are 4 persons). This could be easily solved, just putting up something in the stone ceiling or to the walls. It was not the best start of the day.

Use the valet for your luggage unless you want to carry your bags up and down at least four normal flights of stairs on the way to the elevators. The food in the restaurant was rather bland. The breakfast is pricey at 500 pesos per person. Otherwise, the hotel is great, well-located, and staff is helpful. The standard room is a bit cramped.
