“Super clean, spacious, and best of all was Andrea and Marco, front desk/concierge who did a lot of work to help us with restaurant suggestions, reservations, questions ahead of time and even booking water taxis to the hotel, and from the hotel to VCE airport after... seamless, clear prompt and helpful communications. These two were aces, to add to a beautiful room!! definitely would use again!!”

Plus, it has a charming retro feel with its key and room decor. And don't even get me started on the delicious continental breakfast! Highly recommend.”

“Loved all of the aesthetics of this hotel. Staff was hospitable and courteous. The location is excellent as well given it is within the same general area of the tourist attractions. However, I would recommend that maps be provided to every guest upon completing their registration. It can easily be added to the welcome packet present in each room. I was a little disturbed to know that the hotel only provides tours to Murano and Burano islands. Therefore, if you have other tours you are interested……
