This building is located conveniently near the pool area, no need to walk far to get to the pool area. In addition the unit is 1,200sqft with a balcony facing the marina. Unit comes beautifully furnished and well maintained. Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster,microwave, refrigerator with a freezer that has ice dispenser and cold water, dishwasher, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Unit also has a working Washer and working Dryer. Wifi and TV Master Bedroom #1 with a Full Bathroom \-Very comfortable King size bed with matress and clean sheets. NO PARTIES can be hosted at the condo. \*\*\*Upon end of your stay ALL Used towels must be place in a bathroom tub\*\*\* \*\*\*Bedroom closest to the kitchen has an OWNERS CLOSET that is locked with a metal combination lock and is only to be used by the owner. Any food and or garbage left inside the refrigerator or in the apartment at the end of guest stay will incur a $200 penalty.
