"Room was okay - beds were really nice and comfortable. I reached out to the host several times to try and shorten the stay by one night and they were non-responsive. I could have cancelled the reservation and re-booked for two nights but did not want to take the reservation from the host. Anyway when I asked about a refund for one night, the host said it was out of their hands and had to handled by VRBO. Tried to contact them and their AI assistant was of no help.
