“I booked this hotel after a failed attempt at one in Provo. We arrived after 11:30 and the front office was completely dark. There was a phone on the door with a number to call. The extension didn’t work and it just kept ringing and ringing. Luckily there was another phone number there for a gentleman. I called that And a gentleman answered that was in the house on the property. We replaced in the standalone two room cottage. I moved my car there and when I got out along with my small child, we……

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! The only downside is if you’re……

“The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”

“Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment……

“All staff A+ Brandon in the locker room amazing. Cory in the ski shop incredibly helpful. Paul the bellman so efficient and on top of things. Room was well laid out with plenty of storage space. Very clean and shiny. ”

“Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”
