“My card was charged before i arrived, that should have been a red flag but i preceded with the reservation anyway. The room was the worst motel experience i have ever had, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was half a roll of toilet paper that had something disgusting on it and the holder was ripped off the wall so it was just sitting on the toilet. The comes the shower, I literaly (not even close to a joke) had to run it for over 15 minuites to get any hot water for a……

“The staff were very warm and helpful, and the hotel environment was great. Everyone was willing to assist us, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay very comfortable.”

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! “The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”

“Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”
