perfect home for a weekend away!

This home had everything we need, we did a long weekend in Moab to visit some parks and explore the town. The home had everything you need to unwind after a busy day and the location was perfect. Definitely will be coming back for future stays!

A Cool Place (Literally & Figuratively)!

My husband and I recently stayed here during our honeymoon. It was a great place to come back to after being in the hot desert sun in the national parks. It was also secluded from the highway, and we didn’t hear any traffic noise. We appreciated having a small kitchenette, and the bathroom was awesome! It was also super nice that they provided extra towels for both the shower and the hot tub. When we come back to Moab, someday, we will definitely be staying here!

Close to the Arches

Loft in Moab

For the price the location and property was great. It was a little warm during the day but the mini split kept up it was 102 outside so you can't ask for much more. They provided extra fans in the closet. It was quiet the bathroom was the warmest part of the loft but ok. It was clean the couch is at the end of it's life for sitting but sleeping on it was comfortable. All in all a great weeks stay

Visiting Arches and Canyonlands

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain View loft. The house was clean. The bed is an absolute dream and extremely refreshing after a long day of hiking. The loft door is not clearly marked and would appear to be like a maintenance door, which created some confusion as to where to go when we first arrived. After realizing our door, we have no complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cute loft with easy access to Moab and parks

Love the look and location. There were a few small issues that could make this a five star review. Main heat and air controlled in the downstairs unit. Not enough light in bathrooms, hot tub was sketchy. But it was overall a nice place to stay.

Marvelous Moab Rental Tucked in the Mountain

We loved our stay in Moab! The condo was clean and great views from the kitchen especially for sunset, and the hot tub was an extra bonus. It was hot but the fans helped!

Great place to stay

First glance is not enouraging, but once we got inside we loved it. From the outside, it looks like a former commercial type building, but they built out the inside into two separate rentals. It was very clean and quiet, even with a young family staying in the lower unit.Like I stated, it was very clean but the sheets were getting a little worn. That did not detract from our stay, but they do need to be replaced.Overall, we will come back and stay again.

Arches Adventure

Impressively LARGE facility! Very clean and check in was easy. Make sure you arrive in daylight, lot of stairs and key box could be a challenge. Some furniture dated and jacuzzi inoperative. Enjoyable stay.

Great place base for visiting Arches & Canyonlands!

This property is conveniently located toward the north end of Moab, close to the entrance of Arches. It was a nice place to relax after a day of hiking! We made use of the hot tub and fire pit and felt very comfortable in this well-maintained rental property.

Overall good, location great.

The location of this rental is great. It's walkable to restaurants and shops. The unit itself had everything we needed for a simple hiking getaway. The unit could have been cleaner and the temperature of the unit seems to be dictated by the unit below. We had to pull the vents out of the floor to get heat as the vents were taped closed.

Not as nice as it looked

Property looked nice. Was comfortable. But be there a while and you find what the nice pictures didn’t tell us. Kitchen was lacking. The toaster oven only fit half a pizza. Fridge was too small even for an efficiency. Not even a sharp knife to cut anything. No table or chairs. We brought in patio furniture including one in the bathroom for a towel rack. No TV service. Spider webs / general cleaning. Toilet brush was disgusting No dresser or any choice but to live out of suitcases on the floor. Our kids came for the last night. Sleeper sofa mattress and bedding severely stained. Support for the mattress falling apart. We own a rental in Florida. Would be ashamed if ours was in this condition. But then our manager has standards they expect us to maintain.

A hidden gem with just a few quirks

The Bella Casa loft was in a great location and only a couple blocks walking to the downtown shops and restaurants. The hot tub and fire pit are nicely private, great after a wonderful day of hiking! The bathroom was nice , but do have only a few minor complaints. The loft could’ve been cleaner, we had found some trash and a previous persons’ clothing under and behind furniture. The couch bed was loud, although memory foam, we could hear every movement that my kids made. And, I wasn’t expecting a staircase leading down to another vacation rental, however was locked but on the other side? The thermostat was confusing or non-existant, it was chilly at times. All in all though, it was a great stay for a quick couple of nights. Cute, private, and felt safe!

Our stay in Moab

The inside of the loft was clean and well furnished. I'm not sure about kitchen utensils since we didn't cook anything but the towels, hot water, and furniture were very nice. The air conditioner could not keep the loft cool even with all the curtains drawn and blinds shut. The bedroom was adequately cool at night with the help of the fan we found in the closet. The patio was unkept with the broken hot tub partially filled with water that had scummed over. It was a health hazard to people and animals alike. The area that the loft was located contained not one but two overfilled dumpsters that had trash overflowing all over the parking lot. I don't think the dumpsters belonged to the loft property but the strewn trash was unsightly. It made the area where the loft was sketchy. The loft is very close to Arches National Park so that was nice. It was on the strip where there are many shops and restaurants but they were not close enough to walk to comfortably.

Terrible experience

If you have to deal with management for any reason, you’re in trouble. We arrived and the hot tub was broken, which was when I first contacted their support, Vacasa. We could have looked past it, even though “hot tub” was the first thing listed in the listing descriptions. We unpacked around 7:30 when we arrived (hard to find) and got everyone laying for bed when the ceiling light wouldn’t go off. This light is 20ft above the only bed and would not turn off. I contacted support and explained everything, I asked if there was even a circuit breaker that would just turn off all lights so we could get some sleep. Once 9:30pm rolled around they told me it was after hours and they would likely need to send someone in the morning, which prevented us from sleeping. At that point we went across the street to the hotel and saved $50, while getting a pool, hot tub and breakfast for the kids. Don’t waste your time or money, it’s not worth it.
