“What a wonderful, hidden jewel! If you are looking for a true medieval experience with all the modern comforts THIS IS IT! Right off the bus stop, Montecassiano is a beautiful medieval village, with a historic piazza, typical italian bars to grab a breakfast or apperativo. For dinner, I highly recommend La Taverna San Nicola across the hotel with a fantastic wine selection and a unique presentation of popular polenta dish. Well worth the trip!!”

We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free……
