We had a wonderful overall experience during our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the property was exceptionally clean, and the other guests were respectful and quiet, making for a relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal close to everything in town and just a short drive to Grand Teton National Park. We did encounter a minor issue on our first day, but Natasha went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and ensure we were taken care of. Her outstanding customer service made a great impression. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Room was hard to cool with a loud unit. No way a 4 star hotel. Buckled panels on the wall, no microwave, all rooms are “pet friendly” so if you have allergies no option. Bathroom floor was dirty. Basically a motel 6 with nice mattress & bed sheets.

Everything about this property is amazing! The staff is wonderful, helpful and the most friendly people in the entire area. The rooms are clean and spacious, the air conditioning is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, the water pressure was great. Breakfast was good. Available early so you can head out to the park. One of the best things is the deck, beautiful sunrise in the morning and a great place to watch it while you enjoy your coffee, breakfast or both. We will definitely be back. Side note of a recommendation to the hotel. If it is possible to place a little table in the corner or the bathroom near the toilet to place clothes while it the shower would be great.
