The Gulf waters/beach is only a 2 minute walk and you still get partial views of the gulf waters from the upstairs bedrooms, balconies, front porch and living room!! The decks are large with plenty of seating- we especially enjoyed the porch swings! We vacation in Ft Morgan every year (this was our 15th year) and this home is our overall fav! “We are a family of 8 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 1-8. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling on top of each other. The bunk room with the reading nook for the kids was a great touch! Being such a short walk to the beach was so great since we were making frequent trips to and from the house. Relative to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Destin and 30A, the beach is so nice and quiet. We especially loved the seating on the back deck where there was room for everyone to sit……
