"The floor was dirty made our feet black and we had an infant who crawled. We were told someone was to come by to clean the floors and no one did. We did not have a trash can in the kitchen, one was brought. The rest of the place was also not very clean. Living room a/c was very loud. For the price I expected more it was not luxury rentals."

"House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee. "The property and its location was great it was exactly as advertised. The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day. I feel that if the unit has a private parking spot off road they should include that in the...

"The home was very clean and well kept and perfect location if you have a boat as the barneget bay is so close. Also great location for the beach and popcorn zoo is about 20 minutes away. We had a wonderful time and Jonathon the owner is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend and would love to come back. "

"There was garage construction going on when we visited. The hotel was nice. We walked to shopping and lunch during the day. No fan in the bathroom was an annoyance. Beds and pillows were nice. AC worked…it’s been a hot summer. A sock from a previous guest was under the bed. There was a gentleman who was above 50 yo at the concierge who was especially kind and helpful. We had no trouble getting to the stadium for our concert. "
