“The room wasn't clean. The sofa bed was out and we didnt need it and they clearly didn't clean under it. The lift was broken to our room (we have a 2 year old with pram) we went to go to the kids disco at 6pm then found out they had cancelled as no one showed up to the 5.30 show but we didn't want to see that as its in French. But the staff just shrugged her shoulders and we was not the only family. So then there was nothing to do. The shops are excellent and out and about clean and tidy. Pool……

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
