The room was extremely clean on arrival and always cleaned on a daily basis when we left for the day, the staff was very friendly and informative, the breakfast was soo delicious, the pool and view from our room was to die for but all in all the atmosphere was very peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay at East Resort .

Wundervoller Aufenthalt!!!

Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our original room had a nonfunctioning TV, phone, and toilet, requiring us to move to another room with a broken toilet seat and unpleasant-smelling furniture. The floors and sheets were wet every night due to condensation, and I experienced severe allergy symptoms. Room service never arrived, yet we were charged a $25 fee for an order that was handed to us at the door. We contacted management and made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, but our concerns remain unresolved. These problems occurred throughout our stay, not just one night. The experience did not justify the cost, and we will never return.

First day we got there, our entire bathroom mirror fell off the wall shattered, they replaced it, leaving shards of all over the bathroom for us to clean. It was sooooo hot at nights it was like the ac was struggling to keep up. I would never again visit here.
