The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Food and service was excellent. View from the room was as advertised.

We stayed at this property for one night when the air space closed at Barbados airport due to an air traffic controller strike. Pros: beautiful clean property, stunning beach view rooms, great food and drink & friendly serving staff. Cons: check in process painful and daunting. I understand that day was chaotic but we had a paid reservation and just kept getting bumped by people that had checked out and returned to the hotel due to cancelled flights. When we first arrived they said they couldn’t guarantee we would get our rooms even though we had a paid in full reservation. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours in the lobby and finally pushing to get rooms at 4:00 to utilize the facilities we paid for we finally got in at 5:00pm. It was a stressful day not knowing if we had a place to sleep that night. In the end, we loved the resort and the service staff at the bars, coffee bar, Elements restaurant and especially Nikoli who was great at being very attentive to our needs. Also a great big thank you to the chef at Elements for providing information on gluten free options on the buffet and a special dessert.
