"The hotel staff was really accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and our room was spacious and quiet.
Also, the hotel is neat, clean and beautifully decorated!"
"Great location, walkable to the key tourist sights. I had the loft which was spacious and had a wonderful view overlooking the Andes in the backdrop. The furnishings were a bit old but it didn’t bother us. Fantastic value for money. Very happy with the accommodation. The reception lady of the night shift was very helpful. "
"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting,...
"This is a very nice and modern boutique hotel right off a street with multiple restaurants and cafes--one of the nicer areas of Santiago that I saw in my brief stay. Many of the museums are in walking distance. I'd highly recommend it for cleanliness, modern fixtures, and convenience."

"From the moment I arrived at The Singular, I knew I was in for something special. The attention to detail and level of service were truly unmatched. I didn’t have to touch a single door handle my entire stay! Every staff member anticipated my needs before I even had to ask.
The rooms were elegant and perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel struck a perfect balance between luxury and warmth. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of Santiago, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere — fresh, refined, and beautifully presented.
My stay at The Singular was effortless from start to finish, and I left already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for understated elegance and world-class service in the heart of the city."
