Staff were friendly and the location is spot on — about a 10–15 minute walk to the lake and the center of Thun. "This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous.
